“I have only worked at PTS for a short time, but I can already tell that I will greatly enjoy my career here. I felt very welcomed and encouraged starting from my first day. At PTS, I feel empowered to use my clinical skills to best help my clients. I am also very thankful to have the support of the billing and intake team, which I see as a great perk of working here.”
-Christie Young, LMSW: Therapist at Perspectives Therapy Services in Brighton
“I have been working at Perspectives Therapy Services for over a year now. One of my favorite things about being a part of this team is the people I am surrounded by. We have such great leadership, a phenomenal administrative team and fellow therapists. It is part of PTS culture to connect in meaningful ways. Although the pandemic has altered ways to connect with others, individuals at PTS find ways to touch base and make you feel seen and heard. I also highly value the insight and knowledge that is shared amongst one another whether that is during a case consult, team meeting, training, or even just a conversation with the administrative team. I also highly value the freedom in my ability to choose my own schedule and the opportunity to attend different training sessions. Overall, I am happy to call PTS my home base and am proud to be associated with my coworkers.”
-Jacquelyn Provenzola, LLMSW: Therapist at Perspectives Therapy Services in Brighton
“I came to PTS over 4 years ago and am so grateful to have found such a caring, nurturing, fun professional home. It’s so clear that all the staff is truly committed to providing outstanding care to clients and outstanding support to each other. I love the feedback and training opportunities, but it’s really the tone of each interaction that matters most. Every person (clinical, administrative, right on up to the owner of the company) simply wants to take care of each other and do what’s best for our clients.”
