I believe that everyone is capable of growth given the right support and that each individual is the expert on their own life and experiences. It is my role as the therapist to meet each client where they are at and give them the support and guidance they need in order to achieve their goals. I seek to create an empathetic and compassionate environment where people can identify their strengths and grow to their full potential.
There are many reasons why life can feel stressful or overwhelming, and leave you wondering what you can do to help manage these feelings. Therapy is a safe space where you can come and feel supported in growing to reach your goals and become the best and happiest version of yourself. As a therapist, I love being able to walk alongside people through the therapy journey, providing an empathetic and compassionate environment to foster growth. As a clinician, I have worked with many children and adolescents, as well as their families, and I am passionate about working with this population and their needs. It takes a lot of strength to reach out and begin the process of therapy, and I look forward to supporting you on your path toward wellbeing.
