Life does not always go as planned. Sometimes we need a little help to get back on course. I believe in a client centered approach that allows the individual, couple, or family to be the authority on themselves. Utilizing Cognitive Behavior therapy and Solution Focused Therapy for individuals and Gottman Method therapy for couples I can tailor each clients’ treatment to their specific needs and we can work together to understand the skills and tools that will be most beneficial as well as the behavioral and thought patterns that require the most focus.
I believe we all deserve and can achieve a happy and fulfilling life. I appreciate how difficult it can be to reach out for help. I see counseling as a calling to help those who would seek it, to walk along side each individual, couple, and family as they seek to work toward a more fulfilling life.
