No one should be defined by their shortcomings or mistakes! I aspire to serve as a ray of sunshine to shed light in dark places. This is accomplished through meaningful and intentional engagement with the individuals and groups I encounter. I enjoy pulling on others’ strengths to help them realize the special contributions they add to the world. My unique personal and professional experiences have allowed me to see a bit of myself in almost everyone I meet.
My approach involves creating a safe and judgement-free space to discuss those areas of concern that have been deemed taboo by society and/or are difficult to discuss with friends and family. I specialize in group work and value the power of growing and healing in community. I’ve also walked alongside many individuals on their personal healing journeys.
Join me, as we create a safe space for you to “take off the mask” you have been using to survive thus far. Let’s embark on a journey where the goal is to thrive! You may feel alone right now, but trust me: you are not, and you need not struggle alone.
