I believe that the foundation to positive work in therapy starts with a safe and genuine therapeutic relationship. Individuals and families are able to explore and cultivate changes, while finding balance. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide support and foster healing through different modalities. I strive to provide care in a collaborative way that allows for personalization based on specific needs, cultural backgrounds, and the strengths of the client as well as the family system. It is a privilege to listen to your experiences and to work with you through your journey.
It can be daunting to start the therapy process and open up about things that are sometimes uncomfortable, but through our struggles we stumble upon our strengths. Every day is a new learning experience, and I hope that we can all learn together to find a new path.

My ideal vacation would be to visit La Sagrada Familia after it has been completed. It is a basilica that has been under construction from Antoni Gaudí’s design since 1882. It is inspired by designs found in nature. It is expected to be completed in 2028. It is an indescribable sight.
