I believe in giving my clients the tools they need to make sustainable changes in their life. In our sessions, you can expect to better understand how your thoughts and feelings impact you, how your experiences have shaped you as a person, and what small (or big) and meaningful changes you can make to help you cope.
During our sessions, I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, validation, and trust. I know that it is difficult to find the right therapist and begin this journey. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path to wellness.
