I use elements of psychodynamic, emotionally focused and cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice. I believe that all people have personal insight, resiliency and ability to change. I also believe that all people need to be validated, encouraged, and valued. I use those fundamentals when working with individuals, couples and families. I aim to help my clients achieve their goals for treatment by providing them with support, a new perspective and tools to facility change. My approach to therapy focuses on the ability to recognize internal barriers that prevent change, promoting self-growth and restoring connection. I strive to create a safe, client-centered, and comforting therapeutic environment.
It is a humbling and inspiring experience to work with dedicated individuals who allow me to be part of their lives. I appreciate each and every story, emotion, achievement and setback that is shared with me! I believe that “we either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong, the amount of work is the same.
