I believe in a holistic path toward healing and self-actualization. Whether you find yourself struggling with relationship issues, work stress, depression, anxiety, divorce, remarriage, postpartum depression, blended family concerns, adjustment to life transitions or coping with grief and loss, I will assist you in realizing your own unique strengths and individual qualities that will allow you to evolve toward your ideal level of functioning as well as develop skills that will assist you beyond your therapy experience. I utilize an eclectic, holistic approach, working with individuals from a solution-focused, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, humanistic perspective, in an environment free from judgement.
Whenever we face challenging times in life, there lies a unique opportunity for self-discovery and great personal growth. We all possess the necessary strengths to cope with any obstacle we may be presented with. We all have the fundamental right and inherit ability to live out our personal goals and desires in an environment of acceptance, trust and respect. A trusting, authentic and genuine therapeutic alliance will facilitate an individual’s discovery of his or her own unique abilities and result in positive meaningful growth that is beyond measure. As your therapist, it is an honor and privilege to accompany you along this profoundly sacred journey.
