Philosophy

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”(Lao Tzu) The toughest part of a journey can be getting started but with support and encouragement developed in a therapeutic relationship, all things are possible. Providing a compassionate environment where thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be explored without judgement is critical to healing and accepting change. I believe in empowering individuals to see their uniqueness and embrace their journey.

Personal Statement

I believe in the human spirit and our ability to support one another at all times. I believe kindness matters. I enter into the counseling relationship with passion, empathy and a desire to help individuals grow. It is truly an honor to be part of an individual’s journey.
