Philosophy
Through a trusting relationship, I aim to teach my clients skills that will enhance their ability to cope, create a meaningful life, and create deep, satisfying connections with others. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that supports learning, practicing of skills, and personal growth.
Personal Statement
I offer compassionate listening and authentic caring, free of judgement. I will help you learn how to recognize and best respond to your emotions, patterns of self-talk, and life habits with the skill of mindfulness. Mindfulness allows you to consciously make choices that will help you create a life that expresses your true self. Together, we will identify the goals most important to you and get you to where you want to be.
My hope is for clients to gain a better understanding of themselves, learning how to cultivate healthy relationships and create a meaningful life that reflects their values. In time, they will discover new ways of interacting with others, themselves, and the world around them.
