I believe the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most important part of the counseling process. I don’t believe much change can take place if someone does not feel understood by me and feel they can trust me.
Life is about learning to play the hand we’re dealt to the best of our abilities, whether this means finding a way to change our circumstances or learning to adjust to them.

What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
I love to spend time with my family and friends (it usually doesn’t matter what we’re doing as long as its together).
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
When I realize I need to take extra time to take care of myself, I usually do a combination of talking to close friends, who I trust, go for walks, work on an art or home improvement project and journal
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
I wanted to become a professional basketball player or a marine biologist so I could swim in the ocean with dolphins all day.
What is your favorite movie of all time?
Second Hand Lions
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
I want to go with family and friends to watch a soccer game in Europe, but it hasn’t happened yet
What is the most delicious meal you can imagine?
My mom’s home made chicken fettuccini alfredo and bread sticks!
