Beginning therapy can be intimidating. I commend my clients for taking this first step and am honored to work with people at their most vulnerable times. My goal is for my clients to feel open and comfortable and to have honest conversations that lead to healing, reflection, and self-growth.
I strive to create a warm, caring, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where my clients can feel supported, listened to, and challenged wherever they are in life.
What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
Eating dinners prepared by my husband and having interesting conversations with our teenage/tween sons.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Without fail, taking a walk outside ( preferably surrounded by trees!) always helps me to feel a sense of calm.
What was your dream job in elementary school?
A photo journalist! I dreamed of traveling the world and meeting interesting people.
Describe your ideal vacation. Has it happened yet?
Traveling across Europe and eating delicious food. I have been to Europe, but there’s so much more to explore, and I hope to get back someday soon!
