As an eclectic therapist I draw techniques and methods from a variety of techniques to better suit each client’s individual needs. I believe that each client should be treated with the individualized attention they deserve. I believe in empowering each of my clients, using my professional education and experience to help them reach their desired goals.
Therapy is meant to help guide, educate or simply support another individual through a difficult thought or period of time. Overall, I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience that is based in a strong working relationship.
I believe in creating a relaxing and confidential environment that will allow clients to focus on themselves and their needs. I believe in helping clients to find their inner strengths that they may have lost due to trauma or mental health symptoms. The most rewarding experience for me is when a client realizes how strong they are and uses this strength to better face their challenges. I believe many people need support and to heard by a non-judgmental confidential listener.
