It takes courage to admit you want something to be different in your life. Counseling can be a powerful tool to create change and take action in the life you’ve always wanted to live. I believe in working together with the client to establish counseling goals. In my work with clients, I offer authenticity, empathy, humor, honest feedback, and emotional support to assist them in achieving their desires.
I believe that counseling is a collaborative process that’s founded upon a supportive, trusting relationship. Each person’s journey in life is different and has its own unique challenges. My therapeutic approach is individualized according to each client’s strengths and comfort. I tailor my interventions to what best suits the client’s concerns.
