As a therapist, I offer a safe and supportive environment while building a therapeutic collaboration with my clients. Each person is unique, and I enjoy building a relationship that sets in motion their healing potential. The fact that you are considering therapy confirms that you believe that your situation can progress in a positive direction. Feelings of anxiety, depression, being stuck, uncomfortable, or lost can impact our lives and cause a lot of pain. I encourage you to be your authentic self as we, together, navigate these emotions and develop a strong sense of self and coping skills.
I provide a personalized approach to therapy, focusing on my clients’ strengths and utilizing solution focused techniques to acquire the tools needed to achieve a client’s specific goals. I feel honored to do this work, and I understand that it takes courage and faith to take the steps needed to work toward those goals.
