Growth can only come from a place of love and understanding. Every person has the potential for change and through a careful balance of compassion and accountability, we can help make changes in your life so you can enjoy your blessings. It is an honor and a privilege to walk with you for a while on your journey and be a resource for building the life you want.
Congratulations on taking the first step to feeling better. I am here to help develop insight, build skills, and process emotions so that you can achieve your goals. Using evidence-based practices and true compassion for each person, we can find and utilize your strengths so you can tackle any obstacle. I work with a variety of people facing many different challenges including adjustments in many seasons of life, clinical issues such as depression and anxiety, and family/couples issues, as just a few examples. It is an honor and a privilege to work with you and I can’t wait to meet you!

What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
More than anything in the world, I love lounging around and snuggling with my husband and cats.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Definitely yoga. Yoga is my go-to for both good and bad days.
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
I wanted to be a journalist for a while and then it switched to a veterinarian.
What is your favorite movie of all time?
It’s hard to pick just one 🙂 It was The Lion King for the longest time but then Pixar started rolling out some greats like Finding Nemo and Coco. Anything animated that makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
I would love to take a few months and visit some of the National Parks (Yellowstone, Rocky Mountains, Acadia, Glacier, Denali, Mount Rainer, and Haleakla) and Banff in Canada. It hasn’t happened yet but I’d love for it to happen 🙂 Likely it’ll happen in bits and pieces.
What is the most delicious meal you can imagine?
I had this out-of-this-world blackened fish in the Florida Keys. With it I’d have fresh asparagus with the sauce from Black Rock Steakhouse and the sweet potato mash from Ruth Chris’ steakhouse. I’d follow that up with a homemade salted caramel ice cream.
