I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and symptoms can be explored for deeper meaning and understanding. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach while utilizing various therapeutic approaches to best meet clients’ needs and goals.
Everyone is faced with challenges and barriers throughout life. Therapy is an opportunity to be heard and understood while being guided through a process of positive change. I’m honored to join clients in their journey to a happier and more fulfilling life.

What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Trying not to rush in the morning and giving myself time to enjoy a cup of coffee. Keyword here is ‘trying.’ 🙂
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
Probably something with animals- I don’t recall having a “dream job.”
What is your favorite movie of all time?
Choosing a favorite is tough- even my top 10 favorite movie list changes with time.
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
Somewhere that has all of the following in the same place: mountains, beaches, jungles, and maybe a little city life. This has not happened yet, as I’m not sure it exists (it’s ideal-not realistic)!
What is the most delicious meal you can imagine?
Anything with goat cheese.
