Philosophy

I believe the most important part of therapy is to meet people where they are at. We are all on our own journey and moving at our own pace. Therapy is about learning to understand ourselves and within that understanding we find acceptance. Amazing new things happen when we can see things from a different perspective. I’m thankful everyday that I’m allowed to take this journey with you.

Personal Statement

I offer short term therapy for individuals, families and couples. I focus on strategies to manage stress, depression, anxiety, grief and any life transitions. I provide a mix of solution-focused and mindfulness based strategies to assist you in achieving your goals as quickly as possible. My style is up front and goal oriented.
