No one is immune to stress, overwhelming emotions and various forms of crisis throughout their life. I also believe that you are the expert on your life and I welcome hearing your story in order to walk with you through your life experiences. I aim to create a partnership with you wherein we work to meet your personal goals by discovering and utilizing your strengths, engaging in problem solving, and implementing new strategies for change and growth.
It takes immense strength and courage to reach out for help. It is an honor and a privilege to be allowed to walk alongside someone through their journey of self-exploration, growth and healing. Before anything else, I believe that it is my job to provide a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental environment for you to share your story.

What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
Spending time with my family! Whether it is my immediate or extended family, at home or at the beach, I love being surrounded by the ones I love most, regardless of our activity.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Talking and spending time with those in my support system. I rely very heavily on my family and friends to both maintain my self care and also help support me in my times of need.
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
A Zoo Keeper at the San Diego Zoo. I still enjoy visiting zoos, but I am glad to just be a visitor!
What is your favorite movie of all time?
I’m all about the chick-flicks and comedies! Might be a tie between Grease, Overboard and Dirty Dancing. When I really want to laugh, I love Son in Law with Pauly Shore.
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
I have always wanted to go to Bora-Bora and stay in an over-the-water tiki hut! Lay on the beach, go swimming and snorkeling, explore the islands and just relax. This definitely has not happened yet. Maybe when I retire!
What is the most delicious meal you can imagine?
It would be my mother’s beef stroganoff over home-made noodles, with my grandmother’s polish paczkis for dessert. In my family, they are pronounced “poonch-kas,” and there is no filling in them; just sweet dough with frosting for dipping!
