As a parent of a child that was diagnosed with Juvenile Bipolar disorder, I know how hard it is to ask for help and to be vulnerable in therapy. I believe that my experience has allowed me to be approachable and comforting. I have a strong belief in the human heart and I feel honored to be a part of your journey to wellness.

What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
I love my life and more than anything I love to write every single day. I started as a young girl journaling my emotions and have never stopped. I also write poetry and short stories.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
My self care is a daily routine of positive affirmations. I can’t shave my legs without saying “I love and approve of myself” It’s become a habit that makes me smile and starts my day out right.
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
When I was a little girl my dream job was always to be a” stay at home mom.” I was lucky to do that for 14 years. My second dream job was to be a therapist and I get to do that every day.
What is your favorite movie of all time?
Favorite movie of all time is the Wizard of Oz…
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
My ideal vacation is a month long vacation to Italy. It hasn’t happened but it will in the next 10 years!
