I believe in working alongside individuals to find their true purpose and passion. Providing an empathetic and non-judgmental environment and meeting individuals where they are. Making a connection and empower individuals to move forward and be their best self.
Personal Statement
I believe that wanting to improve in your life is a sign of strength. All individuals are different and work through change differently. I create an environment and path that works best for each individual person through talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga, etc to meet each ones unique individual needs. Through kindness, empathy and an open mind individuals can gain self-awareness and skills to reach full potential.
