We are all together and connected in this life. My therapeutic approach is to partner with you to identify, clarify, and remove any roadblocks keeping you from reaching your greatest level of being. My work is focused on seeing you as whole person (body, mind, and spirit) while provding nonjudgmental support in a safe, comforting, and respectful environment.
Sometimes we must make the courageous decision to turn inward and focus on the changes we wish to pursue. It can be challenging to do this alone. My desire is to join you on your unique journey to self-discovery, healing and growth.

What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Journaling and walking. Once in a while splurging on a massage or pedicure.
What was your dream job when you were in elementary school?
What is your favorite movie of all time?
Probably ‘Big Fish’
Describe your ideal vacation? Has it happened yet?
Back to Europe. I have been once and would really like to go again, this time taking more time and making more stops.

So many things! I love a gourmet burger and fries. Nothing too fancy 🙂
