There are times when life’s challenges become too much to bear on your own. Allow me to partner with you as together we find our way out of the depths. You don’t have to do this alone.  With over 8 years of experience, I use a strengths-based perspective and an eclectic approach to help my clients work through life’s hardest challenges: serious illness (chronic or terminal), grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.

I am an animal lover with two cats and a dog at home! I also enjoy watching wildlife in my backyard.
