I feel incredibly blessed and honored to have worked and journeyed with individuals, couples, and families as they moved towards healing from a variety of issues the past couple decades. I was privileged to have listened to the clients’ openness and vulnerabilities, to identify their resilience and strength, and to witness them move towards healing, growth, and recovery. It truly is a joy for me to be invited in deeply, sharing a space that engages life’s most authentic and challenging experiences— in processing difficult emotions, moving through grief and hurts, and fostering authenticity and connection in self and relationships.
What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
I love spending quality time with my family and friends.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Listening to music and being close to nature (mountains, ocean, lakes) soothes my soul.
What is the most delicious meal you can imagine?
I love to eat and explore cuisine from different parts of the world! It’s delightful to share a home cooked meal with family and friends.
