I believe wellness includes our physical, mental, and social health together. This means that everything we do or don’t do is connected. Wellness is a journey and not a destination. Everyone’s journey is going to be different, which is what makes it so wonderful. I’m excited to get to know you as we learn and grow together. My style is flexible, creative, empathetic, and supportive. This is a safe space for you to be exactly who you are and to get to where you want to be. I encourage you to open up and let go. You are worth it!
I am brand new to Michigan and am excited to start this next chapter of my own journey. It is important to me to continually work on myself and to remain open to new experiences. I strive to maintain a balance between my mental and physical health, just as I encourage my clients to do. Self-care is so important!
I love this area and being in nature, so when I am not working, you’ll probably find me exploring new trails. I also enjoy reading, writing, and photography.
What do you love doing more than anything in the world?
Having a cup of coffee and a good book on a rainy day.
What is the self-care strategy you use most often?
Time in nature is a must!
