You can’t change your heritage – it was given to you.
You can change your legacy – it’s what you give to others.
I am committed to working with each person in a way that helps them achieve their goals. I believe that counseling is a good option for those who are seeking to change, to understand themselves better, and to explore solutions to their problems. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who decide to seek counseling for a variety of issues. I strongly believe that people have a lifelong capacity to change, and that with motivation, knowledge, and effort, a greater level of physical and emotional health can be achieved. You have the power to create your own legacy.
