I believe everyone can make changes in their life given the necessary therapeutic tools. I also believe every individual deserves to be heard and treated with genuine concern and respect. I place great value in establishing a safe environment for my clients to come to as they share what problems or symptoms they may be experiencing so we can collaboratively implement a plan of action to promote positive change.
Sometimes the hardest part about therapy is making the initial phone call or walking into the waiting room and meeting your therapist for the first time. “I want my clients to know that I chose to work in this field because I want to help individuals that feel as though they are stuck and unable to live life to the fullest. I desire to integrate therapies such as CBT and other techniques that are suited to what each client is experiencing with the hope of them learning good coping skills to deal with the different challenges they may face.
