Therapy is a collaborative process and my goal is to build a trusting and supportive relationship with my clients so together we can work to make positive and lasting life changes. You are the expert on your own life and I want to help guide you to reach your goals.
You have taken the first brave step in your journey to reaching your full potential and addressing the issues that are impacting your life. Together we will work to develop individualized goals and explore the steps necessary to reach those goals. I will use various therapeutic methods that are tailored to your individual needs and situation. By examining how our thoughts and emotions can impact our actions we can adjust our reactions to life situations, and create lasting change. I am empathetic and honest and want to build a genuine rapport with you so you feel safe and comfortable during our sessions. I look forward to meeting you!
