Healthy relationships are the key to our overall well-being, and this includes the client-therapist relationship. A strong, trusting dynamic between us is central to making progress in therapy. I aim to meet individuals, couples, and families where they’re at, offering my support as we work together to pursue their therapeutic goals.
I have experience working alongside folks who are struggling with marital issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity issues, intercultural and/or interracial relationships, life transitions, and many other areas. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey!
I believe that our relationships (with ourselves, others, and our communities) profoundly shape us and impact our wellbeing. With an empathetic and strengths-based approach, I work to honor all parts of a client’s context, culture, and sense of self. My role is to walk alongside you as you grow in insight and healing, bringing compassion, curiosity, and openness to the therapeutic experience.
